Yes, I am still here and I haven't abandoned Grey Matters, just been busy. Of course, most of what I have been busy with is Ufology/paranormal related. First, our New Mexico UFO/Paranormal Forum has been having a fantastic season of speakers! In my last Grey Matters, I mentioned J.C. Johnson, but a couple weeks after that Adam Gorightly was in town and I snagged him to speak for us. I think that turned out to be our biggest gathering to date with nearly 70 people showing up! Also, I have been busy planning future gatherings with speakers Travis Walton and Jim Turner. In fact, I spent a lovely St. Patty's Day with Travis and my friend Jillian. The forum will be on break for July and August, but I have also been working on the second Wake Up Now conference, which will take place in August. We have a great line up of speakers, Adam Gorightly will be returning to NM, along with Nick Redfern, Lyn Buchanan, Patty Greer, Brooks Agnew, David Weatherly and others. Bill Murphy, host of Syfy’s "Fact or Faked," will return this year as MC and speaker. For some reason, just as last year when planning the conference, I came down with some sort of horrible virus. I have not been the least bit sick since planning the first conference in January 2011, so it is odd that I got what seems to be the same virus when we started planning this one. At least this time I seem to be healing faster. Last year I was literally sick for two months. I got better and then got either the same virus again or a new one. Hopefully that won't happen this time. It is almost enough to make me think there is some sort of conspiracy by the elites to try to stop the conference. Oh, but that would be silly. It is also Spring! I purchased two large portable greenhouses since I never have any luck getting things to grow in our yard and have been enjoying planting various veggies and herbs. So far, so good - I may actually get to eat some of the results before the critters can get to them. Mostly writing this to let you know that Grey Matters may be more sporadic than normal during the next few months. Although, I am also hoping these things will inspire me with things to write about in the future!
