Psychic Communications with Aliens and UFOs:
More Oregon Tales

In the previous Trickster's Realm, I wrote about a woman who experienced what seems to be an alien abduction in Gold Hill, Oregon. "Jane" also encountered alien beings a few months after her frightening encounter in Oregon a few months later in the Grand Canyon. Her latter experience was in contrast to her first; while the Gold Hill encounter was terrifying and seemed like a "typical" alien abduction in many ways, the Grand Canyon event was a positive one, and concerned different types of beings.

Jane refers to these second set of aliens as "Dimension Travelers." The night before she saw the aliens, Jane witnessed a "huge, imposing golden white orb in the sky." The next night, she encountered beings that were "gentle . . . tall, fair and human in appearance...dressed in white." They communicated with Jane telepathically. They also removed "unhealthy tissue" from her right breast.

A telepathic communication also took place with Jane and aliens during her Gold Hill encounter. However, that first event was an intensely negative one. Under hypnosis Jane revealed that the aliens seemed almost transparent, their skin a "pale shade of grey-green" and they had huge black eyes. They seemed clinical in their actions, and communicated with her telepathically in a matter of fact and emotionally distanced manner.

Jane quotes Oregon UFO author Ida Kannenberg's UFOs and the Psychic Factor to help explain her ideas about her interactions with aliens. For example, Jane refers to page 187 of Kanneberg's book, where Kannenberg points out some of the ways extraterrestrials interact with us:

Hallucinatory craft and occupants due to hypnosis of the contactees ... craft/personalities are unseen, but their presence detected. These are psychic manifestations ... remote contact by telepathy ...

Ida Kannenberg

Ida Kannenberg has been in contact with alien entities since the nineteen seventies, These communications involve both aliens, as in ET, and Bigfoot. In the book My Brother is a Hairy Man, which she co-authored with Bigfoot researcher Lee Trippet, she writes that, during a conversation with Lee in the beginning stages of the book, and Ida's potential involvement, (for she was unsure due to her unfamiliarity with the topic of Bigfoot) a psychic communication came through:

Just about there a telepathic voice broke into our discussion to give us some specific directions. I have been steadily interacting with such voices since 1977. This was a new one.

He introduced himself as Maez, the head of the Council that monitors Bigfoot. From the planet Arcturus yet! That would explain the UFOs that have been seen in the vicinity of our subject.

The "vicinity" refereed to is the Oregon coastal range.

Religious Beliefs

Jane's UFO experiences facilitated ongoing psychic communications with entities. For the most part they seemed to be "for my benefit and the benefit of those around me."

Jane was a Christian when her UFO experiences began, and she remained a Christian, continuing her journey into UFOs within a religious framework. As I wrote in the previous Trickster's Realm, I don't know what happened to Jane, if she is still alive or not, or how her experiences ended. Did she remain religious? did she, or does she, continue to have contacts?

Jane's UFO experiences and contact with entities did not move here away from her religion, like other religious abductees, or contactees, the experiences confirmed their religious beliefs. Betty Andreasson comes to mind -- her abductions made her more religious, if anything. Jane told me that her experiences gave her a desire to explore the healing arts, and her psychic communications continued.

More Oregon Psychic UFO-Bigfoot Events

Another Oregon case involving UFOs and Bigfoot concerns the experiences of Stan Johnson, (now deceased) of Sutherlin. Johnson self-published a few books about his experiences, which involved encountering a family of Sasquatch on his property. Communication with them telepathically, they took him aboard a spaceship, imparting positive messages of love, and within a Christian framework. Like Jane and other abductees who were religious to begin with, Stan maintained his religious perspectives throughout his life.

I met Johnson once at a UFO conference in Eugene in the nineteen nineties. He was probably in his mid to late seventies at the time, full of energy, extremely charismatic, and very strong. When he shook my hand I thought the was going to break it. It's tempting to dismiss his stories as nothing more than ridiculous, but there were many who experienced UFO, alien, and other paranormal/high strangeness events around him, including myself.

Years ago I was in the local new age bookstore, Stargate, talking with the owner at the time, Moira Timms. (Timms is author of Beyond Prophecies and Predictions.) We were talking about Stan Johnson, whom she knew. As we were talking, I saw, and felt, a cone of light come down through the ceiling, enclosing us. I felt as if everything was muffled, and I was seeing things through a bit of a fog. When we stopped talking about UFOs, Bigfoot and Stan, the cone disappeared in a flash. It just went "whomp!" back up into the ceiling. I didn't say anything; I was too busy wondering if I'd gone crazy, but Timms said to me; "I see you saw it too. That kind of thing happens all the time when we talk about Stan." (I'm still not sure if that made me feel better or not.)

I've had other moments of a strong psychic or telepathic connection with UFOs; sometimes I've known that a UFO is about to appear. I get a strong urge to go outside or just know one is going to show up, and it does. I've also felt the presence of an intelligence listening in;a presence detected and confirmed by other witnesses, disproving any idea that it was just imagination on my part.

Unlike Jane, Stan, Ida Kannenberg and others, I have no particular religious beliefs, and am not a Christian, so my experiences haven't changed that. These experiences haven't made me more religious -- I haven't joined any church or formal religion.

As bizarre as these moments of psychic connection with an already bizarre phenomena may seem, psychic communications take place on some level with something other than human. Alien, Bigfoot or what, I have no idea. But something is out there listening in, and sometimes we become aware of that and are able to communicate with whatever it, or they, happen to be.
